What is Pro Search?

While Quick Search gives fast, surface-level answers, Pro Search goes deep. It performs multiple rounds of searching, reads more sources, and can ask you clarifying questions before generating a comprehensive answer.

How to Use Pro Search

  1. Toggle Pro Search on

    Before entering your query, click the "Pro" toggle switch next to the search bar. The switch turns blue when Pro Search is active.

  2. Enter your research question

    Ask a detailed question that would benefit from deep research. Pro Search works best with complex, multi-faceted questions.

  3. Answer clarifying questions (if asked)

    Pro Search may ask you to clarify your intent. For example, "Are you looking for academic research or practical advice?" Answer to help focus the search.

  4. Review the comprehensive answer

    Pro Search returns a longer, more detailed answer with more citations and often includes structured sections.
