AI School is the foundation of everything we build at Lilly Tech Systems. It is the broadest of our learning tracks and the one most engineers begin with, because it answers the question most practitioners actually need answered first: where do I start, and what does the full landscape look like? The curriculum spans classical machine learning through modern generative systems, cloud-provider toolchains, and the sector-specific workflows that have emerged as AI has moved from research into production. We wrote it to meet working engineers where they are, not to retread a standard textbook.
Our opinion, formed by watching hundreds of AI projects succeed or fail, is that most engineers fall behind not because the math is hard but because the field's vocabulary and tool boundaries shift every few months. A learning track has to be a map that gets redrawn on a cadence the reader can trust. That is the promise here. Every course in AI School is paired with a real use case, a minimal runnable example where possible, and honest notes on the limits of the approach so you can judge when to apply it and when to reach for something else.
