How Einstein Works

Einstein uses machine learning models trained on your Marketing Cloud data to make predictions and recommendations. The models continuously learn from new interactions, improving accuracy over time.

  • Data foundation: Einstein analyzes subscriber engagement history, content interactions, and behavioral patterns stored in your Marketing Cloud data extensions
  • Model training: ML models are trained automatically using your historical data, no manual model building required
  • Predictions: Models generate scores and recommendations that can be used in Journey Builder, email sends, and reporting
  • Continuous learning: Models retrain regularly as new data comes in, adapting to changing subscriber behavior
💡
Data requirements: Einstein features require minimum data volumes to generate accurate predictions. Engagement Scoring needs at least 30 days of email send history with a minimum of 1,000 subscribers and reasonable open/click rates.
